Johanna Luoma took part in horse riding at an international level for several years in the time between her Abitur (high school leaving certificate) and a course of study of business administration."Listening is the basis of mutual understanding."
Her practical experience concerning construction and real estate was gained by working for more than nine years in a managerial function in the field of international expansion, being responsible for location analysis, project development, rental and sales contracts, and mergers and acquisition, in an international trading company.
Johanna Luoma gained her technical know-how in a managerial function in the field of energy and control & instrumentation technology in a company in the metal industry that is active internationally.
In addition to her tasks as managing director, Johanna Luoma also works as an appraiser for the evaluation of developed and undeveloped real estate.
